Painted Bumper Cover - Ready To Ship
How much is the average painted bumper cover?
This depends on your car but on average a painted bumper cover is $200 – $500. Remember these are fully painted and not just the bumper covers you see on other sites that are not painted. All you have to do is install this on your car. We use Pay Pal to invoice you for the bumper cover.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $72 to anywhere in the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
How can I be sure you will paint the cover the right color?
We will ask for your paint code and VIN # to ensure that we paint the bumper cover correctly. We do not need this information to quote you a price. If you give us the correct paint code and VIN # then matching the paint color will not be a problem. It is the same process your local body shop goes through to determine which color to paint your car. You may also send us in a picture of your current bumper cover for further verification.
What is your painting process? Do You Apply Primer? Clear Coat?
Most of the bumpers will be primed and ready to paint once we receive them. If a bumper is not primed, then primer will be applied, followed by paint and clear coat. The color and complexity of the paint color depends on how many layers are applied. Generally speaking, 2-3 layers of paint are applied followed by 1-3 layers of clear coat. Our painters have been well trained and instructed to inspect each and every bumper sold once the painting process is complete for runs, streaks, chips and discoloration. Also, before shipping, the bumper will be reinspected again for quality control. The paint we use is called Standox from Dupont. http://www.standox.com , a leading supplier in car paint products. Regarding the quality of bumper, yes the bumper will meet or exceed OEM quality. We have been using the same bumper suppliers for 20 years now and have NEVER returned a bumper based on a quality standpoint!
How long will I have to wait for a price quote?
We will email you a quote within 24 – 48 hours. Please watch your junk email folders in case the email gets caught in that folder. For a faster quote you can call us at 214.556.4561
How long does it take to ship the bumper cover?
Your bumper cover will ship in 7 – 14 days after you have placed your order. The paint must be completely dry and inspected before shipping. Please be patient during this process as the last thing we want to do is ship a bumper cover that has not been painted correctly. If you need your bumper right away then this may not be the best option for you. Pickup is available in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.

What is your return policy?
We do an exchange only for items that get returned. We accept returns with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need to return an item, please notify us at carbumpercovers@gmail.com to receive your confirmation RMA and to setup the return process. We would like to give you the best service possible so please let us know how we may assist you. Shipping is non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee because of the paint that has been placed on the bumper cover. Please check the details of your vehicle carefully.
What if my bumper cover gets damaged in transit?
Inspect your bumper cover before you accept it from the delivery person. If you see any damage and/or evidence of tampering on the outer packaging you must make sure the delivery person makes a note of this damage on the delivery receipt. Without this note on the delivery receipt we cannot fix this problem for you. Once you’ve made sure the note of damage is on the delivery receipt, tell the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the damaged package, then notify us right away so we can send you the replacement bumper cover. As soon as we confirm with our carrier that the delivery receipt has the note of damage, we’ll get a replacement bumper cover on its way.
If no one was available to accept your package from the delivery person and the package was left for you. Contact us within 48 hours of the date the package was left for you. A member of our customer service team will explain how you contact the carrier to report the damage.
Are these new bumper covers?
It depends on your vehicle. Some of these bumper covers are after market which are new. Some vehicles do not have after market bumpers and are harder to find. Sometimes, we find refurbished bumper covers on these and will ask customers if they would accept one. These have been repaired and look like new or we do not accept them. And finally, we can go through the dealer for very hard to find bumper covers and can usually get you a better price than what they will quote you. Again, it really depends on your vehicle and how common the part is and who makes it and what features you may have such as fog lights, sensors, etc.
Do you sell fog lights?
98% of the time we do not sell fog lights for the bumper covers. There are special circumstances in which we do this but the majority of the time we do not. It’s not our specialty.
